First of all, we are getting familiar with that device which will be needed operate the work.  To repair the mobile phone which device will be required that is -

  •   A Table Lamp (including magnifying glass)
  •   Lead Coil,

  •  Magic Cable

  •  Hit Boxes and so on.
  Mobile Tool Box: Mobile Tool box, which normally is –
  •  A T6
  •  A T4
  •  A star
  •  A minus
  •  Two tuijara
  •  Plus a nusa
  •  Cutting etc.
Hot Gun: Soldering wire, soldering iron.

 The job of introduced devices is unfolding the mobile phone  and fittings parts oif it. And hot gun is using for moving and setting the mobile IC, soldering, welding etc.


Current :

To fix the work of mobile phone we must be needed the power supply. So we should have some concept about it.
                  
 AC –AC means Alternative Current.

 DC –DC means Direct Current.


Extra Knowledge:

If you do not get the power of mobile phone then first we will check the battery of phone.
Sometime during the times of charging the battery bar are seen full charge, but after removing the charger, battery bar stay empty. Then it should understand that it’s a problem of charging IC.
If you have facing problem when you charge the phone, firstly you must check your charger.

Avometer:

Now we are getting introduce to avometer which is very important for our working. � Bummer. There are two types of avometer. One is analogue and the another one is digital. Bt I will discuss now about analogue avometer because in the working sector it is used most probably 98%. Lets see at a view about the avometer.


Avometer :

The avometer can be divided into 4 parts. These are-

     1. AC Voltage
     2. DC Voltage
     3. DC mili Ampear
     4. Ohm

AC Voltage: -To measure AC voltage the avometer selector will stay on AcV 250 . then the focus should be on 4th scale at avometer.
    Dc Voltage: -To measure  Dc Voltage the the avometer selector will stay on DC V 10. then the focus should be on 2ND  scale of the avometer.
    Dc Mili Ampiear: -At the time of measurement battery ampear the avometer scale will stay on dcma25 or 0.25. If the battery is fine then the reading of meter will very fast.

    Ohm: - At the time of measuring ohm avometer selector range must be keeped from x1 to x10k  range. Then the 1st scale of the meter must be overlooked.

    Charger: - To scale a charger avometer selector must be stood at DC V10 level. A good charger will shows up 6-10 voltage otherwise it will not if it is unusable. If it is under 6 voltage it will not be chargeable. Whereas if it is upper 10 voltage then it is understandable that the charger is out of order.

Adopter : - Adopter is used to charge anything quickly. It takes only two minutes to charge.

Speaker :
Speaker is a device through which we can hear sounds or words.
The process of measuring speaker : Avometer selector must keep on x10 to measure the speaker. If the speaker is good it will sounded bt if it is out of order it it will not be sounded. If the meter will cross above 100 ohm then the speaker sounds slowly. If the speaker don’t makes any response then it is understandable the speaker is out of order.

Ringer :

The ringer is the process which helps us to hear sound of incoming message and also incoming call.
The rules of measuring ringer : The avometer selector will keep on x1 or x10 of the scale to measure the ringer. If it is good it will make sound and the meter will be shown from 5-15  ohm at the scale .

Vibrator :

Vibrator works for shaking the mobile set.
The rules of measuring vibrator:  Avometer Selector must keep on x1 or x10 to measure the vibrator. If the vibrator is good it will be move on. If it is bad the vibrator will not be moved.

Microphone

A device through which we can hear the words from other corner is called microphone.

The process of measuring microphone: Keeping avometer selector from the level x1 or x10 for measuring. If the microphone is good the meter reading will show up within 5-10 ohm.

L.ED :

L.E.D is the process to light the display and keypad of mobile phone.
The rules of measuring L.E.D : To measure L.E.D the avometer selector will keep on at the scale of x1 or x10. If it is good it will light but if it is not good it will not be lighten the mobile.

Fuse :
The work of the fuse is to control the total voltage of motherboard. Generally fuse are two types. The common color of fuse is black and is has white or silver color on both side. The color of fuse may be half black or half white. In special case the color of fuse may be another too.
The process of measuring fuse : To measure fuse avometer has to be kept at x1 k scale. If the fuse is good the meter will show us ohm. If it is out of order it will show us nothing.
